There are some famous one as Eisenhower Matrix for planning and decision-making.
You can also use it as a simple to-do list with priorities in a separate column.
Or as a decision matrix with tools to pick and criteria.
Or you can break down a list of responsibilities over a database tables and who is responsible for which migration.
You can also create a simple template for a daily review. Or a post-mortem. Or any template.
Basically, if you need a structure (which usually you do), starting with a matrix is a safe bet. Do not jump to a mind map or other structures right away. Start with a matrix, until it is not enough.
