I have set an OKR for this quarter to provide feedback to my direct reports on a weekly basis. At first, I was a bit uncomfortable, but now it is a part of our 1:1s and I always try to have something good or bad each week. And I see the benefits already.
The second key result was to provide a quarter summary of the feedback. For that, I have prepared a simple structure
