If you are being promoted or hired as a lead or a manager, do you have a plan for the team or department? How will your first days and weeks look like? Which methodologies are you gonna use? How will you improve and develop capabilities?
If you are hiring, ask this from the candidate. If you are the one being hired or promoted and no one asks, prepare the plan anyway.
