Often, when you finally start sleeping well, you feel more tired than when you were not sleeping well. And a lot of people go back to the old, bad habits.
It does not mean they are less tired, they just do not realize it.
There is a lot of stuff in work and life like that. You make a change, and it seems it is worse than before.
But if you have clear data (sleeping well is important and better than sleeping not well), strategy (I will sleep more and consistently) and goal (I will be better off in the end), and you believe, that based on that information in the end it will make you better, you need to go through the period of being tired.
