Going back to basics

Sometimes it is good to get back to the basics. Review why we do something. Or how we do something.

We tend to get comfortable or slip with our duties. Going back to basics will remind us that we are doing something that is no longer necessary, or we aren’t doing something that is needed, but we have stopped for some reason.

I often review how to plan a week or a quarter. How to manage time. Or how to build habits or break bad ones. And every time I find that I need to do some adjustments.
