The only thing harder than receiving feedback is giving feedback. But in the end it is quite simple. You just listen, and say thank you. That is it. You do not have to defend yourself. You do not have to say anything else.
If you disagree, you can come back to that later, when you think about it with a clear head. But as you are receiving feedback, you do not have to react. It does not mean you lose. Feedback is not about winning or loosing. It is about information gathering and sharing.
