Fun vs. Health

Lot of stuff that are fun are not good for your health. Avoiding everything unhealthy or possibly harmful will lead to boring life.

But having too much fun is also not good. You borrow temporary fun for a lifetime of fun stuff.

The balance is the hard part.

You should have so much fun that you can repeat having the same fun again repeatedly and no more. And it should not impact the rest of your life.
